Just wanted to let you know I received my Ergo today - yay! All I can say is WOW, I continue to be so impressed! The packaging, the promised check to reimburse the shipping charge glitch, the "Above Rubies" article, the personal note, the helpful DVD, even the detail of the business cards tucked in the belt. What a great thing you have going with your family business - professional, friendly, generous, full of integrity - truly the head of the class! :o)
